Philly Dream Center emerged in July 2016 when God called David and Shirrie to begin a ministry in Philadelphia. God is moving in this organization as they continue to serve the needy by the hundreds and advancing the Kingdom of God. As we continue to sow into Philly Dream Center, we hope and pray God will continue to move and bring revival to Philadelphia.
